Thomas Putnam

Birmingham, AL Civil Rights & Personal Injury Lawyer

Thomas Putnam, was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Attorney Putnam's family has deep roots in the state of Alabama. His mother is from Muscle Shoals, Alabama and his father is from Phoenix City, Alabama.

Thomas loves the practice of law and so does his family. Thomas' father is an attorney and a long-time federal magistrate in Alabama. Thomas is also engaged to a practicing attorney whom he loves dearly. Thomas graduated from the University of Alabama where he studied economics and attained a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration.

For legal training, Mr. Putnam graduated from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was extremely active and participated in various mock trial competitions. Mr. Putnam had interned for the Federal Public Defender's Office of the Northern District of Alabama prior to joining the team at the Revill Law Firm, where he aided in several high profile cases and helped in securing a rare "not guilty" verdict in a Hobbs Act case.

Thomas developed a sincere passion for defending the rights and liberties of the accused while interning with the Federal Public Defender's Office. Attorney Putnam believes that these rights are a sacred and vital part of being an American and that these rights need to be protected at all costs through all legal means possible.
