About

For over 17 years, Jeremy Swallows has diligently advocated for his clients in the courtroom, combining legal expertise with a results-oriented approach.

Mr. Swallows began his undergraduate studies at Lipscomb University, where he was dual-enrolled at Vanderbilt University while participating in Army ROTC. He continued his education at Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration.

Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from Miles Law School, graduating cum laude. He immediately established his law practice, where he assisted hundreds of clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters.

As a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Birmingham, Mr. Swallows gained substantial prosecutorial experience in Alabama’s largest municipal court. Since joining the firm in 2025, Mr. Swallows has focused exclusively on criminal defense, dedicating his full attention to achieving the most favorable outcomes for his clients.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Swallows enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years, watching sports, and proudly supporting their three daughters in their dance pursuits.
